The Calm Palm
The "calm palm" mindfulness tool is a simple and easy way to calm your mind and connect with the present moment.
- Hold up your non-dominant hand
- Hold up the pointer finger on your dominant hand
- Slowly and gently move your pointer finger along the outside of your non-dominant hand moving over each fingertip until you reach the other side of your hand
- Repeat as many times as you need until your mind is clear and you are focused on the present moment
